John Udell is a recognized
leader in the hospitality industry. Beginning his career in the hotel business
in 1967, John worked with leading international hotel companies in sales
and marketing to develop group programs for Fortune 500 corporations and
travel companies. His expertise, knowledge and understanding of cultural
relationships have helped both buyers and sellers alike to meet and exceed
their business objectives.
In 1993, John created
Allied Hospitality Marketing to assist organizations headquartered outside
of North American to sell their travel products to the various group travel
markets. His customers have included organizations in Spain, Portugal,
Italy, Greece, Turkey and Southern Africa as well and over 15 other international
destinations, hotels, tourist boards and convention bureaus.
John, is a past trustee
and member of the executive committee of the Society of Incentive &
Travel Executives Foundation. He has also served as president of SITE
and chaired numerous committees. His devotion and work in the incentive
industry has earned him a number of awards and citations from industry
